This blockage in caused by the oil secreted by the sebaceous glands mixed with the
dead skin cells. While the blackheads are caused by part blockage of the skin pores. On of the worst things you can do with these blackheads is try to pop them. Squeezing or popping them will only make the acne worse so keep your hands off and let your face heal naturally.
Severe acne outbreaks

Acne is not to be taken lightly as the after effects are quite extensive. The most severe form of acne is the Acne conglobata. Acne conglobata affects the males more than the females. Acne conglobata has typically numerous large lesions. They are found almost all over the body specially the chest, back, upper arm, thighs, buttocks and face. It occurs mostly in the age group of eighteen to thirty. It takes years to clear up too. You simply need to wait and let the process run its course and clear up.
The form Pyoderma faciale on the other hand haunts females. It is different from Acne conglobata. It is more often in women of the age group of twenty to forty. Irrespective of previous history, it can even occur in females who did not experience acne during their adolescence. Pyoderma faciale has typically large nodules, sores and pustules on the face. Fortunately, unlike Acne conglobata, Pyoderma faciale lasts only for a year. But the scars caused by Pyoderma faciale are as vicious as any other.
